No, it is not compulsory to verify your email ID. However, to be able to use our services effectively and to avoid any inconsistency, we recommended that you verify your email address.

You will be able to download your CV from the manual CV builder. Click on the "Download icon" or "downward pointing arrow" on the top right corner of the screen. You can also click on the blue "+" sign at the bottom right hand corner of the same screen, select the "Download CV" button. You can now rename the downloaded document and save your professional CV on your device in an easy and quick way.

You can verify your email by going to the "Profile" page. You can find the "Profile" page by clicking on the man icon at top right-hand corner of the screen, after you sign-in to your ILA for Placements account. Once you are on the Profile page, you can request to "verify" your email. An email will be sent to you immediately. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection for this. Please also check your junk or spam folders to ensure you do not miss the email. If you do not receive the verification email within 24 hours, you can write to us at admin@ilaforplacements.com.

You can only use the name that you enter at the time of signing up for ILA for Placements. This is the name that will appear on all the CVs that you make on the platform. However, if you have entered an incorrect spelling of your name or made a typographical error while entering your name, you have one chance to correct it. To do that, click on the "Request Name Change" button on the Profile page. You can now edit your name on the pop-up screen. Once you have entered the correct text for your name, click on the "save" button. Your name would now have been permanently changed on the ILA for Placements platform, and you will not be able to make any more changes to it.

If you have more details to add to your resume, you can add details about them manually later at the end of the conversation.
